Ticket Manager allows you to create tickets for your organisation or to your customers. It contains many features
but packaged and delivered at a very affordable price. With Ticket Manager you can issue tickets to people. These tickets
can then be responded to and eventually closed.

- If any file is changed and uploaded again then it is issued a new version number
- Update a ticket (creates new version number)
- Search for a ticket
- Respond to a ticket – all responses are read only and cannot be changed
- System will email all activity as a daily summary to all logins for a project, shows who/what was changed including responses and link back to ticket
- Print tickets/with/without responses as PDF documents
- Can be easily branded
