Ticket Manager allows you to create tickets for your organisation or to your customers. It contains many features but packaged and delivered at a very affordable price. With Ticket Manager you can issue tickets to people. These tickets can then be responded to and eventually closed.

Our product offers a number of key benefits:-

  • Centralised repository for your organisations tasks
  • Assign different projects to logins
  • Filter tickets by
    • Type (please note, todo, bug)
    • Priority (bug, urgent, low, under development etc)
    • Status (open, closed, cancelled etc)
    • Each project can have own set of types and priorities
  • Filter tickets by "allocated to"
  • Filter tickets by "created by"
  • Save search filters to be used again
  • Create ticket
    • Attach multiple files (screen shot, to do list etc)
    • If any file is changed and uploaded again then it is issued a new version number
  • Update a ticket (creates new version number)
  • Search for a ticket
  • Respond to a ticket – all responses are read only and cannot be changed
  • System will email all activity as a daily summary to all logins for a project, shows who/what was changed including responses and link back to ticket
  • Print tickets/with/without responses as PDF documents
  • Can be easily branded
